National Squash Centre - Business House Competition
As a bit of a trial for Business House tournaments at the NSC, we're running a friendly quickfire 3-4 week team competition. There's no points or grades, all that's needed is some teammates and good sportsmanship!
Business House will run for four weeks on Thursday nights from 6:30-9pm, starting on Thursday 22nd September. Dinner will be provided for players each week, PLUS we have a special licence so will have a bar open for refreshments during the event!
BUSINESS HOUSE RULES
6-8 teams, 3-4 week competition
$150 per team payable on the first night (includes dinner each week!)
You have to field 3 players each week
Team playing order is strongest player down to weakest player (1 = strongest, 3 = weakest). This determines who you will be versing from the opponents team. You can play in any order on the night.
One player from either team marks the game. Graded players and NSC staff will be around to support where needed
Games start at 6:30pm with a 5 minute warm up, then two games to 21 and a deciding game to 5 (this gives us a chance to add a handicap).
The winner buys their opponent a drink after the match!
Games will finish around 8pm when dinner will be provided - other foods will be available from the front desk at any time. Make sure you hang around to hear the nights results!
